SHIPPING
All of our products are shipped from Italy. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Delivery will be made via express courier. Shipping prices and rates will be calculated automatically at checkout. An email with the courier link will be sent to you when the goods leave our warehouse. International orders might be charged import duties and taxes by customs, which the customer is responsible for.

Delivery times
Once dispatched your order should arrive within the approximate timescales:
Italy: Express shipping (1-2 business days)
Europe: Express shipping (2-5 business days)
Rest of the world: Express shipping (4-7 business days)
For shipments to non-EU or Brexit countries where the goods are subject to customs inspection, delivery times can vary from 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping duration may vary depending on circumstances of carrier and public holidays.
Duties & Taxes / Import Charges
Taxes and customs duties are not displayed on the cart page for orders destined for non-EU countries and Brexit. The courier will contact you to proceed with the payment and shipping of the package (these costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price).
Incorrect/missing/defective item
In case of an incorrect/missing/defective item, please contact us at info@midnightclo.com indicating the order number and the missing products or images of the incorrect/defective item. In this last case, specify if you would prefer a refund or an item replacement.
Damaged or tampered packaging
Midnight is not responsible for any delays or damages to the products. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, we ask you to refuse the delivery or, if necessary, sign the inspection reserve. It is strongly recommended to photograph the packaging, before and after opening the package itself. If the products are damaged, please contact the courier.
Any issues related to the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the received products must be reported within 2 days of delivery by sending an email to info@midnightclo.com
Customer's failure to collect
In the event of failure to collect the material stored at the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated delivery impossibility, the order will be automatically canceled, and the courier will proceed to return the package to our warehouse. In this case, the customer is required to reimburse Midnight for the double shipping costs (both the shipping to the customer and the return to our warehouse).
In case of refusal of delivery, or in case of impossibility to deliver the shipment for reasons not attributable to Midnight, the shipping costs for delivery and return of the goods and customs duties will be deducted from the refund.

We would like to inform you that, for any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days from delivery (except for underwear and socks).
Returns will be processed exclusively for orders placed on our official website www.midnightclo.com.
Midnight applies European law and Italian law pursuant to Article 52 and subsequent articles of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (so-called "Consumer Code") and Legislative Decree No. 170 of November 4, 2021, implementing EU Directive 2019/771 regarding returns and the exercise of the right of withdrawal in the countries of the European Union.
At the moment, we do not accept returns outside the European Union.
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer and depend on the country of shipment. For non-EU or Brexit countries, import customs duties must be added, which are the responsibility of the customer.
The items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached, within 14 calendar days of receipt. The lack of packaging/tags or clear evidence of the use of the items are reasons for not accepting the return.
We inform you that we are only able to process a refund. The shipping costs will be your responsibility.
In the event that the returned item is not in its original condition or is damaged, Midnight will not proceed with the refund. In such a case, the Customer may decide to receive the item again at their own expense. After this shipment, it will not be possible to return the order again.
We would like to inform you that, if the shipment includes promotional products such as gifts and merchandise, these items must be returned along with the purchased items in the event that the return results in the amount falling below the threshold required to obtain the gift. In the absence of such a return, the value of the promotional products will be deducted from the refund amount.
Additionally, in the case of a return related to a free shipment received through promotions that require a minimum spending, the refund may be subject to a deduction if the final amount falls below the established minimum spending threshold.
To proceed with the return, following these steps based on customers location:
Returns Process - ITALY CUSTOMERS ONLY

- Enter your order number and order email.
- Once you have completed the returns process, you will be emailed our returns form and the link for the access to a dedicated page on the GLS website, where you can schedule a return pickup or choose to take the package to any GLS Parcel Shop or GLS Office.
- When you have completed your reservation you will be emailed with a prepaid GLS return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your return refund.
- Print and fill out the returns form and place it with all items you wish to return in their original packaging.
- Print out the returns shipping label and apply it to the outside of the package securely. Please use this to cover the original shipping label if possible.
- Wait the courier or take the package to your local GLS Parcel Shop or GLS office; you can find these here https://gls-group.com/IT/it/trova-sede-parcelshop. Enter your postcode to find your nearest GLS Parcel Shop or GLS office.
- Once your order has been received, and your items have passed our inspection process, We will process your store credit, refund and or exchange. You will receive a final update email when your refund or exchange is processed.
You will receive email updates throughout the process, from dropping off your return to the arrival at our warehouse.
Once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 5-7 working days to be processed.
Please be aware that any unregistered items in your return will not be processed.

Returns Process - INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY

- Enter your order number and order email.
- Once you have completed the returns process, you will be emailed our returns form and return address.
- Print and fill out the returns form and place it with all items you wish to return in their original packaging.
- Choose the courier you prefer. We strongly recommend that all returns are sent using insured, traceable delivery.
Once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 5-7 working days to be processed.
Please be aware that any unregistered items in your return will not be processed.

Exchanges
Currently, we only offer direct exchanges in size for the same product. If you would like to exchange your item for an entirely different product, you must first return your original item and place a new order.
In case the customer decides to request a size change, they can proceed in two ways:
- If the website is open, we recommend proceeding with a new purchase and returning the incorrect size;
- If the website is closed, Midnight reserves the right to verify availability upon receipt of the return.
Refunds
The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the purchase within 5 days from the day we receive the return at our warehouse. The time required to see the amount on the credit card may vary depending on local banking procedures.
Credit card: The time depends on the issuer of the credit. As soon as the refund is issued, we will send you a confirmation email. In case of imminent expiration of the credit card, the refund will be made via bank transfer to the coordinates provided by the customer. Midnight is not responsible for the failure to communicate the expiration of the credit card and the refunds made on expired cards.
PayPal: The refund will be issued directly to your PayPal account, and you will receive a confirmation email from us once the refund has been requested.
