SHIPPING

All of our products are shipped from Italy. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Delivery will be made via express courier. Shipping prices and rates will be calculated automatically at checkout. An email with the courier link will be sent to you when the goods leave our warehouse.
International orders might be charged import duties and taxes by customs, which the customer is responsible for.

Once dispatched your order should arrive within the approximate timescales: 
Italy: Express shipping (1-2 business days)
Europe: Express shipping (2-5 business days)
Rest of the world: Express shipping (4-7 business days)

For shipments to non-EU or Brexit countries where the goods are subject to customs inspection, delivery times can vary from 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping duration may vary depending on circumstances of carrier and public holidays.

 

Duties & Taxes / Import Charges

Taxes and customs duties are not displayed on the cart page for orders destined for non-EU countries and Brexit. Our delivery service does not include any customs charges incurred upon entry into your country. Any customs, duties or tax charges must be paid for by the customer and will not be covered by MIDNIGHT.

 

Incorrect/missing/defective item

In case of an incorrect/missing/defective item, please contact us at info@midnightclo.com indicating the order number and the missing products or images of the incorrect/defective item.

 

Damaged or tampered packaging

Midnight is not responsible for any delays or damages to the products. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, we ask you to refuse the delivery or, if necessary, sign the inspection reserve. It is strongly recommended to photograph the packaging, before and after opening the package itself. If the products are damaged, please contact the courier.

Any issues related to the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the received products must be reported within 2 days of delivery by sending an email to info@midnightclo.com

 

Customer's failure to collect

In the event of failure to collect the material stored at the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated delivery impossibility, the order will be automatically canceled, and the courier will proceed to return the package to our warehouse. In this case, the customer is required to reimburse Midnight for the double shipping costs (both the shipping to the customer and the return to our warehouse).

In case of refusal of delivery, or in case of impossibility to deliver the shipment for reasons not attributable to Midnight, the shipping costs for delivery and return of the goods and customs duties will be deducted from the refund.

 

RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL RIGHT AND REFUNDS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), as amended, and applicable European Union consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the day on which they, or a third party designated by them, acquire physical possession of the goods, without providing any reason.

This right applies exclusively to purchases made through www.midnightclo.com.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must submit a return request through their customer account at:

The withdrawal period is respected if the return request is submitted before the expiration of the 14-day period.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned products must:

  • Be returned within 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal request was submitted.

  • Be unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged.

  • Include all original tags, labels and accessories.

  • Be returned in their original packaging whenever reasonably possible.

Customers are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

Midnight reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.

Products returned without prior registration through the return portal may not be accepted or processed.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The return shipping fees currently applied through our return portal are:

  • Italy: €8

  • European Union: €15–€20

  • Non-EU countries: €30

For returns originating from non-EU countries, any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees or import charges incurred upon re-entry into Italy may be deducted from the refund amount where legally permitted.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AND FREE GIFTS

If an order included promotional products, gifts or free merchandise obtained by reaching a minimum purchase threshold, such items must also be returned whenever the return causes the order value to fall below the threshold required to receive the promotion.

If such promotional items are not returned, their retail value may be deducted from the refund amount.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS

Where a customer validly exercises the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable European Union legislation, Midnight will reimburse the cost of the original standard delivery service paid by the customer.

Any additional costs arising from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout will not be reimbursed.

Where shipping was offered free of charge as part of a promotion, no shipping cost reimbursement shall be due as no shipping charge was paid by the customer.

REFUNDS

Midnight will reimburse all payments received for the returned products, including any reimbursable standard delivery charges where required by law.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days from the date on which the customer communicated the withdrawal.

However, Midnight may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until the customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Once the returned goods have been received at our warehouse, returns are normally inspected and processed within 5 business days.

Following approval of the return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on the payment provider and banking institution, it may take between 3 and 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on the customer's account after the refund has been issued.

The customer will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Refunds will be made in the same currency used for the original purchase. Midnight is not responsible for any differences resulting from exchange rate fluctuations, bank charges or payment provider fees.

PAYMENT METHOD SPECIFIC TIMELINES

Credit Card

The time required for the refund to appear on the customer's statement depends on the card issuer and banking institution.

PayPal

Refunds are generally visible shortly after processing, although timing may vary depending on PayPal's procedures.

Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Other Payment Methods

Processing times depend on the relevant payment provider and financial institution.

RETURNED ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

If a returned item is received damaged, used, altered, washed, missing tags or otherwise not compliant with the return conditions, Midnight may refuse the refund or apply a reduction corresponding to the diminished value of the goods, where permitted by law.

If the refund is refused, the customer may request the item to be shipped back at their own expense.

EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are subject to product availability.

Where an exchange is approved, the customer will receive instructions by email.

The shipping cost for the replacement item may be charged to the customer and will be communicated before the exchange is completed.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

  • Underwear, socks, swimwear and similar hygiene-sensitive products once opened, worn or unsealed.

  • Goods that have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

  • Any products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable European Union or national legislation.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may request the cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.

As orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible, Midnight cannot guarantee that all cancellation requests can be accommodated.

If the order has not yet been processed, fulfilled or handed over to the carrier, Midnight may cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, customers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the conditions set out in this policy.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel an order. Customers will receive confirmation by email informing them whether the cancellation request has been accepted.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Log in to your customer account at https://account.midnightclo.com.

  2. Select the order you wish to return.

  3. Choose the items you wish to return.

  4. Select the return reason.

  5. Submit the return request.

  6. Follow the instructions provided by email.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive detailed return instructions.

The return deadline is respected if the goods are handed over to the carrier before the expiry of the 14-day return period.

Refunds may be withheld until the returned goods are received or until proof of shipment is provided.

Please ensure that all items included in the return have been correctly registered through the return portal. Unregistered items may not be processed.

Midnight is not responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring during return transit where the return shipment has not been arranged directly through Midnight's return service.
